KMS
provides independent Quality and Business Management Consultancy and
Services and has as its principal, and includes in its associate consultants,
individually certified members of
the UK Chartered Quality Institute
Management Consultants Register (CQI MCR) and many other
professional bodies offering competent consultants some
independently certified to criteria similar to those of the CQI MCR.
The professional affiliations,
qualifications, experience of all consultancy resources we offer are fully
disclosed on application for our services.
KMS Associates are all individually vetted and employed by KMS on the
projects we contract. They follow the ISO 9001 compliant policies and procedures
and use the management tools provided by KMS. These tools include project management,
remote sharing client specific team sites, remote conferencing facilities
We also provide a separate register of
consultancy service providers across a very wide range of disciplines and
business and industry sectors. The consultancy register contains full details of
all claims to experience and claimed competence in specific tools and

Once you have registered as a client or
consultant you gain access to a set of fully supported web pages with shared
documents and discussion forums and other links.
All client projects are set up with fully transparent and client accessible
project plans. All time and other resources used are fully accounted for with
time sheets showing agreed project activities. Travel and related expenses at
cost are fully supported. All accommodation and daily subsistence
expenses are accounted
for within publicly available International Civil Service Daily Subsistence
Allowances.
All consultancy projects are supported with best of breed application
services and tools such as project management, performance management,
document management and many others. These can be provided as direct services.
