Capturx Forms for Excel enables teams to automate a range of data collection scenarios. Teams can use existing forms designed in Excel or simply layout new ones. Capturx works with standard Excel formats including check boxes, word lists, date, time, currency formats, and many others. The handwriting for each form completed is available in Excel. Capturx also uses advanced character recognition to make the data available for analysis, workflow automation, or use in other applications. Teams have the option to track the actual date, time, and author of each entry -- and even the location from where it was sent -- to help validate data and meet compliance requirements.
